Dr Walter Starz

Head of Department for Organic Grassland Management and Husbandry.

Mr Starz's work involves sustainable, organic grassland management and pasture management, including questions of forage quality, fertilization, soil quality and reseeding. He is also a lecturer at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna.
